Workshops & Events Refund Policy

Plans change, and we understand that! If you change your mind, or life gets in the way and you can’t make it to our workshop, we will refund you 100% of the ticket/s price given 3 days notice.

If you request a refund with less than 3 days notice, but more than 24h, we’ll refund you 50% of the total price of ticket/s booked. This is because, at this point in time, we already incurred costs expecting your attendance.

Refund requested made less than 24h of the workshop will not be granted! HOWEVER, if you are cancelling due to sickness, we are happy to issue a credit to be used in future workshops. This credit must be used within 3 months of issue.

Refunds will be issued to your original payment method.
