An Honest Review of 2 months of Karma Studios

Wow tomorrow is officially the month’iversary of the start of Karma Studios! Can you believe it?! I barely can hehe.

We ‘opened our doors’ on the 9 of July and in the same month we hit the ground running with a sold out Earring-Making workshop in Wellington. We had 30 people in one single session - and in hindsight, that was a little crazy! Even though I had a helper on the day, I realised that the format of our workshops needed more fine-tuning.

Over 190 people have gotten tickets to come to do crafts with me and that truely blows my mind! If you are one of those, thank you for coming along! You have no idea how excited I am to host you in our upcoming workshops.

August was when things really started going bananas… and we launched our Christmas Workshops! Woohoo! I know some people might think it’s too early to talk Christmas, but the reality is - we live in New Zealand, if you want to do anything cool, you have to prepare really ahead of time. Some materials take a long time to get here! It’s not my fault.

In October, we are flying up to Auckland for an epic weekend of Christmas Wreaths Workshopping.

We will end the year with private events only, in the month of December. If you are still looking for a creative work-do, get in touch, there’s only a few dates left available.
